Humans What Strange Creatures When someone is faced with a life changing incident why does everybody think they must be in control and when they can't get that control they lash out at others. But when others lash back it's the other way around they don't understand why or how someone could be so horrible especially if its a family member. They also take no credit in what role they played to start that lashing. After all is settled and things are getting back on track they want to act as if nothing ever happened. With not so much as an apology. Are the ones that was on the receiving end of such treatment wrong for keeping their distance you forgive but never ever want to socialize again is that wrong. Especially the ones who think that they are above anything and anybody and they always have something to say negative against someone even though their lives have been nothing but one bad decision after the other and not just a mistake where you can learn from simple things that a first grader knows. please share your stories of despair maybe their is a solution that can be reached or talking about it could help a lot

Nevada man hit by Amtrak train

PREWITT — A 49 -year- old Nevada man who got out of his car while stuck in traffic Tuesday was hit by Amtrak's Southwest Chief passenger train, a state police spokesman said.

Department of Public Safety spokesman Peter Olson said Nathaniel DeBoles of Las Vegas, Nev., was being airlifted to University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque. A hospital spokeswoman said DeBoles was in critical condition late Tuesday.

DeBoles got out of the vehicle when wintery weather caused a traffic backup about 10:15 a.m. on an Interstate 40 frontage road, Olson said.

Witnesses say he crossed the tracks, then a freight train passed westbound and the Amtrak train passed eastbound. The witnesses said the eastbound train then stopped, Olson said.

Other people in the vehicle became concerned when DeBoles didn't return and found him by the track with severe injuries to the left side of his body, Olson said.

Janet Bridgers of Albuquerque, a passenger on Amtrak returning from California, said the train remained stopped at the scene east of Gallup for about two hours before continuing to Albuquerque
